747.phlive's total aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if 747.phlive has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
747.phlive reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time without prior notice where it reasonably believes that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent or prohibited activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
You may close your 747.phlive account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your nominated Philippine payment method, subject to standard verification procedures. Bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
747.phlive reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 747.phlive will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and resolved by the competent courts of the Philippines.
